Fixes for Adobe Flash 11.3 ?
Heya!!! As probably with everyone my Adobe Flash 11.3 crashes continuously and the recommendation is to downgrade to v10. Does anyone know if a fix is coming soon so we don't have to download?
Also, for the population out there that uses Thunderbird, what are your thoughts and comments on it?

We have been aware of this for a long time. At one stage it was one of the official solutions, but Firefox staff decided it was simpler to advise that users downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3 instead.
There is unfortunately more than one issue and not all have the same solution. Whilst the Firefox Knowledge Base may not be documenting issues as well as some of us may expect note that the Mozillazine KB is being kept updated.
It is also worth noting that some Flash installers may set or unset protected mode, and also that if you follow the current official advice to use the Adobe Uninstaller be aware it may have unintended consequences! You may need to recheck the installation of your Internet Explorer's Flash Player for instance.

There is no ETA on a Fix. Adobe is releasing updates (slowly, about 1 every week or so), but there is no word on when they will be fixing all the issues. Sorry :(
Thanx!!! In the interim I've taken Mozilla's advice and downgraded my Adobe Flash down to 10.3 and it's working GREAT !!!!!
This is the Solution that I found, thing is Adobe added something called "Protection Mode" to Flash in 11.3 and you need to disable it and all is well.
To do that you need to restart your pc so you know flash is turned off other wise you can't modify the config files for it.
For 32bit users:
C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg
For 64bit users:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg
In both cases all you need to do is add:
ProtectedMode=0
To the next line in the file and save it.
Worked for me, and I had been searching for weeks, if it works for you please do what you can to spread the word!
