Hi I would like expert review and suggestion on the issue I am facing.

Issue: Post successful login (after username/password authentication through login page) - I could see my application homepage - I could access different screen of my application. After this - if I open a new tab and hit the my application URL again - instead of loading application homepage, its loading login page and most shockingly when I go back to earlier opened tab and refresh(F5) the page its logging out that tab too.

Please suggest - if new tab with same domain/url is causing a trigger of "session-out" for existing session. In Chrome, IE broswer I dont see any such issue.

Have you modified any settings for cookies or data storage?

Do you use any Container-related features with that site?

Thanks @jscher2000, The solution was pretty old style and well known - which I should have validated before coming here and wasting your time.

Browser Version issue probably.

I am using ESR version (v73), with normal v81 - this issue I am unable to replicate. Seems issue with ESR version.

Hmm, the ESR is based on version 78, which you may have used successfully with the site before, or maybe not, I'm not sure when you first started using Firefox. Anyway, if you do not need to use the site in ESR, it sounds like you have a workaround.

Thanks @jscher2000, As per our Company policy the ESR version is mandated. For development activities - I could download the latest version - but I have to use ESR version. Please suggest - if the ESR version could be fixed.

You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
