Load the website. Once done, left-click the address box icon (Not the shield icon). A new window will open. Click on the right arrow. Now select More Information. Select Permissions. Select what you want for each entry.
Is there a problem? Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
Note that you can also set this permission via "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions".
