I am trying to log on to Walmart.com and Firefox requires me to sign into my Walmart account in order to access their web page. Is there a setting in Firefox that will enable me to go directly to their webpage without having to enter my Walmart account sign in/logon information each time I want to search for a product on their webpage? In the past, I was always able in the past to access walmart.com without a sign in but I suspect that a recent update to Firefox on my computer now makes me log on to my Walmart account rather than going directly to their webpage. A Tech Support person said that I will have to use Google Chrome rather than Firefox. Is there a way I can access walmart.com directly through Firefox? I really don't want to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Thank you,

Ken Manning [removed email from public]

Hi Ken, a couple of other users reported this recently. Could you read over the suggestions in the following thread (unsolved) and see whether any of them help you:

Global Privacy Control (GPC) can cause this which some extensions like Disconnect may have enabled. Try disabling your extensions.

If you still have this issue, go to about:config in the address bar and check that privacy.globalprivacycontrol.enabled is set to false.
