When I go to play my Disney City Girl I get the shield and the grey triangle I just want to play my game and it safe game so is the other Disney game i play

If there is a shield icon to the left of the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar then that means that mixed active content is blocked.

If mixed passive content (e.g. images) is present then Firefox shows an exclamation mark to the left of the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar.
