Now, whatever I do, such as typing, every 5 seconds I get a 2'ish second freeze. Often, I crash loading a new tab. I run appx. 24 tabs. Tune Up Utilities has Simultaneous Connections for FF on Unlimited.
Minor Questions: Why does my system, which is not too bad, does this? It should be able to run FF smoothly, no hangs, no crashes. But it does not seem to work this way. Do I have conflicting Extensions, or Plugins? Do I have conflicting Extensions that run amok with a plugin? Why do some Plugins appear double? Can I kill one of the doubles off?
Major question: How can I make FF smooth again?
Thank you beforehand: Xog

Well we will help you get this sorted out. Step One;
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;
Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar
Select Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?
Note; you said that Firefox crashed?
In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If any reports do not
have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
If you can't get Firefox to open, you will have to do this the hard way. Open the file browser / explorer on your computer. Enter this;
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\submitted
Copy the last 5-7 Recent File Names in the folder, including the date and time created. Post all the information in the reply box below.
Step two; You are using an old version of Firefox. Is there a reason?
Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systems {web link}
Hmmm... 32.0.3 is more recent than 33? How peculiar...
For what I knew of mathematics, 32 comes BEFORE 33? What kind of logic is behind this numbering?
I am doing all steps, inclusive the "downgrade". Will keep you posted.
Thank you, Xog
Opps, my bad. I thought it said 23.
NP. So I was up to date, eh?
Now, since my "downgrade" I cannot open Youtube Notifications. Nor can I post comments? Any clue on this?
And can I delete one of the double Plugins?
Thank you: xog
ADDENDUM: You asked for the error reports, it takes forever to load them... It keeps retrying forever. Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
I would advise get the full downloader for each of these, remove the above from your system, then run the full downloaders.

You turned off Use Hardware Acceleration, and tried Safe Mode, Yes?
I am calling for more help on this.
If you want, thing about switching to the normal Firefox. You are on Beta.
Well, I did get rid of the freezes, instead I get 2 types of problems: Youtube Notification and youtupe Comments won't work. I can't load my Notifications anymore, thus I cannot answer, and I can reply on comments, but not make a fresh one. This started when I installed 32.0.3.
I hoped by returning to 33, these errors would go away again, but they did not...
As for the Beta: these always worked fine, until my very last reinstall... And someone has to test them, right? I have given quite a few feedbacks and suggestions. Like way back: File Resume, which is now incorporated. ;)
