I have a new computer. I had Thunderbird on my old computer. I didn't have a user name or password recorded for my old computer. I tried to download Thunderbird. It asked me for a password twice. I believe once was for outgoing mail and the second was for incoming mail. I thought I used the same new password. However, I now have the use of Email sending but I get no incoming email. I could not find where to reenter passwords or check them. Can you help me get squared away? Linda

edited phone# from public and spambots as none of the users helping here does phone support.

Thank you for your reply. However my question is about my email contacts on Thunderbird., My computer died. I purchased a new one with Thunderbird again. But I don't know how to retrieve my email contacts from Thunderbird. Can you help me with this? I am most appreciative. Linda

Thunderbird address books are on YOUR hard drive. If your old drive still works then you may be able to recover that data. If not and you did not make backups then you are out of luck.
