kcuf, yesterday I posted a similar question about Bitdefender Wallet which was initiated by you. However, my problem was solved with a reply from Bitdefender support. I am wondering why you have kept on posting your questions on Firefox Forum instead of asking them directly to Bitdefender Support. As to your question about Bitdefender auto-fill not filling your banking ID and password, as a fellow Bitdefender user; after the user ID and password are manually completed, there will be a Bitdefender pop-up on the lower right side of the screen saying Bitdefender has secured your log-in. This is of course you have to complete the master password at the system boot. Afterwards, whenever you visit that website, Bitdefender will automatically fill your user ID and password. However, it is not a flaw-proof for all website. I have come across the bug that Bitdefender Wallet cannot auto-fill the user ID in life360.com. I have reported that to them but so far have not received a solution from them. I think you should contact Bitdefender support.

hi, i guess you'd have to pose the question to bitdefender directly. they are the ones developing the extension and have to make it available to the handful of browsers that are out there...

I have the same problem with kcuf and have reported the issue to Bitdefender. Based on my previous experience dealing with them, they were sluggish with solutions or sometimes were playing "mute" to the issues. Though the reply from philipp seems to be what we should do, but I doubt that Bitdefender would seriously act to fix this issue?

I have just recently upgraded my bitdefender to the 2018 version and now the wallet works. However, it will not autofill my banking ID and password. I suspect that this has to do with Safepay, which I have never used; I'm still solving this problem. My older version of Bitdefender was about to expire so...... may as well upgrade it.
