Since i am not able to find any solution other than re-setting the FF, i found a workaround for this; Workaround
Just rename the PKCS11.dll usually found in C:\Program Files\Symantec\PKI Client\ to something else and then start the firefox and rename it back, that's it FF never crashes and CPU usage is also not shooting up.

hello raghuj, these crashes are all caused by a library on your computer named PKCS11.dll - which suggests it is part of a smartcard module. can you try to update ore remove any software related to smartcards on the device?
This could be possibly related to Symantec PKI Client Plugin Extension 0.1 (pki.client.extension@symantec.com)
