The plugin check page is not working
The plugins do not get checked and there is no link displayed to update flash or any other plugin.
The page also logically broken - it only checks plugins that are enabled 100%
I have noscript installed but it's not showig as having blocked anything.
I'm not interested in running Firefox in safemode . Whether it works in safemode is besides the point because safe mode messes up my browser layout upon return to non-safemode and typing get flash into google is a lot quicker than messing around going to safe mode.

Check this link; Adobe has updated flash player; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/support-forum-contributors/711401
This page may be under construction from time to time, but seems to be working for me now (I have all all domains on the page allowed in NoScript except for googletagmanager; see screen shot): https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/

The plugin checker is a website, and uses a standard JavaScript method to read what plugins are installed. That method can detect plugins set to "Always Activate" and "Ask to Activate". Websites cannot tell the difference between those two categories without actually trying to use the plugins. If plugins are set to "Never Activate" then websites cannot discover them; Firefox will not disclose their existence on the system.
To compare what websites can learn about plugins, you can visit my test page here: https://jeffersonscher.com/res/jstest.php (scroll down to get to the plugin lister)
Note: if you modify the preference plugins.enumerable_names then this approach of taking a general census of plugins only sees the plugins in that list.
Instead of Googling for Flash updates, you might want to bookmark this page:

This has the "full" installers that don't include third party extras. The one that works in Firefox is listed as being for "plugin-based browsers" and either the EXE or MSI installer will work.
