Windows 7 pro, 64 bit, version 52.8.0 (32-bit). If I minimize to toolbar, I can't restore without restarting Thunderbird. Not sure what all I can add to that re: details.

Start in safe mode (hold Shift when you launch TB), and then minimize TB. Can you now restore the full window?
