Can't get to Apple Support
I can not access Apple's Support page. Every time I try to do so all I get is an error message/page saying "We'll be right back". I have tried posting a screen shot (several times) but it will not load.

No, use Windows defender. It's far superior. Plus monthly Malwarebytes scans
But I am already subscribed to Webroot & it was just renewed in June! What about that? I am not quitting Webroot! How many times to I need to tell you that! You expecting me to do so is completely unacceptable!
All I want you to do is uninstall it to see if that's the problem. If it isn't, you can reinstall it
Done. It did NOT fix anything! Next….
I tried the apple site and had no issue going to the support page. So what was the final page that you had issue with? At least give that link to see what others had or had no issues with.
Honestly, at this point, I'm at a loss. This error is from the Apple support website, NOT Firefox. Other Firefox users are able to use the website just fine. Unless you have some content filter, weird dns settings, etc. On your computer, this doesn't seem to be an issue with your computer it's a problem with the apple support site.
I'd suggest using another browser to contact apple and ask them what's wrong, and then use Firefox for the rest of your browsing. Since this is just one website and you haven't said that it affects anything else. That would be the best solution
WestEnd: Please see my previous posting on page 1 “Posted 7/2/18, 7:08 AM”.
I had indicated that “The following screen shots shows exactly what I get....” & posted 4 screen shots. That final screen show SHOULD be the page where I select the device (iPad, iPhone, ect.) or service (Music, apps, etc.). I am ONLY getting that page on the device but I can not very well contact Apple on the device that needs support so I need to be able to access the site on my computer to be able to get support for the device! Didn’t I already explain that 9 days ago on July1 in the 2nd post I had made (my very 1st response to Pkshadow)? Nothing has changed.
The last page I get successfully is https://support.apple.com/ but as soon as I click on “Contact Apple Support for help” all I get is that “We’ll be right back” page.
What have I not been clear about?
Tyler Downer: I did NOT have the issue when I used Internet Explorer….which I STILL had Webroot for. The problem did NOT start until RIGHT AFTER switching to Firefox.
Furthermore, I have not posted here because I didn’t think it was related but I am having other issues….I am having trouble watching videos on YouTube. I am having problems watching videos as they are freezing where I get audio but no video, if I click the back/arrow button after (trying to) watch(ing) a video I get redirected to the top of the website instead of the area/location of the video I had just watched….I also have to click that back/arrow button twice (not just once which is all it took before).
I had also contacted both Apple (via the device that needs support why I can’t reach them on my computer) but they say they are not having any issues which is why I asked here. YouTube has not responded back to me (yet).
I do not use any content filters or weird dns settings to my knowledge. I have never added anything so how could I have just gotten something out of nowhere? I had none of these problems at all on IE & stopped using that for other reasons. When I left IE I had downloaded both Google Chrome & Firefox but liked Firefox better so deleted Chrome….now can’t even get Chrome back! I had no problems prior to using Firefiox but have been having problems ever since….so how does THAT not make it a Firefox issue?
The youtube issue sounds unrelated, if you'd like to start a new thread on it you can.
The apple issue isn't reproducible in any other Firefox installation, so it seems that there is some issue on your end that is causing the apple support website to not work. Because that error message is directly from Apple.
You said I hadn't had any other issues so I told you I have been & you agreed they were not related....which is why I did not include them previously.
Apple tells me is is NOT an Apple issue but you tell me it IS in Apple issue so I am told TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS with NO ANSWERS WHATSOEVER!
So tell me, how, EXACTLY, does ANY of that help me?
This is an Apple issue, because their website is what is displaying the error message, not Firefox.
Then why are they saying it's not? I am EXTREMELY SICK & TIRED of everyone blaming someone else for the issue & COMPLETELY REFUSSING to give me ANY ACTUAL ANSWERS!
I'm not sure why they are denying it's their issue, but the screenshot clearly shows it's an Apple website error message.
Where does it say that?
I was able to reproduce your issue on a Windows 7 device. I had 3 pending updates that I was able to update again. There was a Malicious software removal tool from 2018 and another security update from Dec 2017.
As a note, it is the link "Get Apple Support" that redirects to the "We will be back shortly" message. However, when I directly entered the link from the screenshot it redirected to a Dell website. I honestly think that the website is broken for Windows 7 users on Firefox and on Internet Explorer. I don't know how apple's website decides to serve content. Can you ask Apple if they know that their redirect option for this use case is not working?
I have contacted the Community Support from a different OS and account to see if we can get a web admin to look at it.
I was not allowed to post in the Windows 7 community thread, but you may be able to get there from another device running Mac OSX. I also tweeted to @AppleSupport, because clearly this is an Apple website issue. I am sorry we could not be more helpful, please see if you can get in contact with the web admin of the apple support site.
Gewysig op
I already have but have NEVER gotten ANY answers AT ALL! I am at my wits end & pissed off!
I understand you are frustrated, but this message is clearly coming from Apple, and thanks to rachel's testing it looks like they aren't supporting some web browsers.
She said Firefox & Internet Explorer but I had NEVER had any Apple issues on IE the ONLY time that I ever had any problem was when I started using Firefox! How does that make any sense? So I know that isn't true.
So if it’s an Apple I assume the YouTube problem is a YouTube issue? What about that I can’t re-download Google Chrome? You want me to believe that is a Google issue? You expect me to believe that NONE of this has anything at all to do with Firefox even though I did not have any of those issues at all on IE? Seems a bit fishy to me….
I know nothing about the YouTube or chrome issues, you haven't shared those details so I can't say.
Maybe try changing your user agent to Safari or some other browser and see if the apple site works. They may be doing some detection of the browser you use and not letting you use the site.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/uaswitcher/ is an add-on that can help
You say “They may be doing some detection of the browser you use and not letting you use the site.” but the browser I use is Firefox (yet you say it’s not a Firefox issue)! How, exactly, does that make sense?
Also, you’re telling me about an add-on but before I was told to make sure I don’t have any add-ons.
Hum….that makes sense….how?
