Hello. I send mail via Mozilla Thunderbird with attachment name in Russian, on IOS devices they displayed UTF-8 " %D0..., In older versions, this problem was fixed by changing the parameter mail.strictly_mime.parm_folding = 1 but this solution does not work in version 68.8.0 32bit. On other mail clients (Outlook) this problem was'nt.
