Hola, Al decir file:///c:/.. es un archivo descargado en tu computadora y por el nombre dice "problema cargando la pagina.xht" por lo que debe ser un mensaje de error de una pagina, es ese archivo que necesitas ver? Puede intentarlo abrir con Edge pero sugeriría que descargues nuevamente lo que necesitabas. Saludos
