I keep getting a pop up on Firefox after browsing for a while asking me to install add-fix.com? it says its associated with Firefox extension and cannot be closed except by Ctrl+Alt+Del? It also throws up a DOS window? I use Windows 10. Any advice out there?

Run most or all of the listed free to use malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
