Do I select "delete browsing histroy" in Windows 7 or while on the Firefox web page (your instructions are not clear regarding this)
I have read your instructions on the Firefox website. What is not clear to me is, do I accomplish "privacy settings" and "delete browsing history" within the Firefox web site or do I do this offline through Windows 7 "internet settings". The Firefox tab (upper left) does not offer the menu choices that your instructions refer to. My laptop (offline) "internet settings" refer to Internet Explorer settings (which I am not using) so it's not clear that changes in my preferences are affecting Firefox (or just Internet Explorer)

If you have the orange Firefox button then you should see the Options entry in the right column above the Help entry.
- Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.
- Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" if the menu bar is hidden.

The Windows internet settings are for IE and not for Firefox.
Firefox uses its own cache storage folder and you can see its location and current cache usage on the about:cache page.
Some personal data in Firefox can also be cleared via tabs on the Options window (Privacy: Cookies and Advanced > Network: Cache)
Your links and suggestions do not work. I have Windows 7. The Firefox tab (upper left) does not offer the menu choices that your instructions refer to. My only choices are: New Tab Start Private Browsing Find Save Page Email Link Print Web Developer Full Screen Set up Sync Exit

Thank you. Problem Solved!
