No 'Continue' button when I try to add cash to my National Lottery a/c. Trusteer thinks the attempt to varify Visa card is phishing - I certainly do not like the questions which Visa are asking me to type in.

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

I have the same problem as described above and have had for some time (i.e. including older versions of Firefox). The suggested solution does not work. The only way around this is to use IE to add funds. This is strange as I have used the Verified by Visa on other sites using Firefox.

Is this a compatibility issue with the National Lottery site and Firefox?

teapot. Thank you for your suggestion - I have resorted to using IE on one occasion. However, I have found that, in Firefox, when entering the final three characters as requested, if I leave the cursor next to the final character, in the third box, and then press the enter key - bingo - it accepts the information and transfers the money to my lottery account!

Thanks Duncan41, next time I upload funds I'll give that a try and report back here.
