I am trying to locate the Toolbar. I ordinarily click on Tools and then go to Options. I don't have the toolbar for Tools and/or Options.

Hit Alt to reveal the Menu Bar.

Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" when the menu bar is hidden.
