When you reinstalled did you remove the Program Files/Mozilla folder? Also what is being used to download messages, if it is downloading the same message over and over is it possible to skip that message when downloading to check to see if it has something to do with that message?

Is there an add on or plugin that has stopped working, this may need to be reinstalled.

Is this question even about Firefox? Do you have a "get mail" type extension installed that works with a web mail service? And that is what it is about?

Or is this question about Thunderbird? If so, a Moderator can move it to the Thunderbird queue.

this is n my mozilla thunderbird.....until i find a way to stop it i can not use it at all...i tried to reinstall thunderbird and it is still doing it

I am moving this question to Thunderbird.
