Please a phone number to speak to someone in firefox....
Unable to navigate my firefox.......checking facebook, cheking finances.......due to the popups and disrupt the screen. There is also a pop up that asks questions.......
I am not computor savy and would like to talk to someone directly who can help me.

Sorry, there is no official phone support.
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
