Hi guys,

I'm a very old FF user, and for the first time for years, I'm struggling with FF. On my job I use VDI's to code. And like 1 month ago my audio stopped working on Firefox, but's working everywhere else like IE or Chrome. I have been struggling with FF and Windows configurations, but had no success until now.

Behavior: - FF don't play any sound. HTML5 player, flash player, videolan embbed player (mp3, ogg, ...). - There is no "speakers" icon the tab when a video/audio is playing.

Troubleshoot: - Restart Firefox in safe mode. - Check if Firefox/Flash player is muted on windows mixer. - When NOT muted, firefox collumn in windows mixer never shows any green. - Restart windows audio service - Upgrade to V.56 - Upgrade to V.57beta

Any hint?

Thanks in advance, LD

Thanks lord! My sandbox level was 3, I set it up to 0, and BUMMM!

Thank you so much
