Please contact your Broadband (ISP) for that information. We do not have that information to help nor do we do that as This is Support Forum for Firefox.

That's odd. Are you using a 20-year-old DSL/cable modem or router? Your service provider should give you an updated one. If it's something you installed yourself, you can go to the manufacturer's website for advice.

Even more than people using your connection, there should be a concern about people capturing and reading the contents of all your HTTP connections. (HTTPS connections are usually still secure even if your access point does not require a password to connection.)
