MAC: "your profile cant be loaded". i deleted profiles.ini and still it doesnt create new one
MAC your profile cant be loaded. i deleted profiles.ini file in fact i deleted my entire user_name/library/application_support/firefox folder i even deleted my entire library/applicaton_support/mozilla folder i dont care about lost profiles i just need to use firefox for cross browser check but it keeps giving me a "your profiles cant be loaded" error
i thought if i deleted the profiles.ini folder and clear from my trash that it would just force it to create new one but it wont
help?

I am having trouble with an error on my Mac that says "Your profile can't be loaded"
I tried deleting my profiles.ini file and my entire firefox folder (in the library/application_support folder) and firefox software app, to no lucky.
any help would be appreciated, as I am just trying to get my firefox app running for cross browser testing.

Note that there is a second location used for the caches. You may have to check for issue there as well.
- ~/Library/Caches/Firefox/Profiles/

Firefox uses two locations for the Firefox profile folder, so make sure to look in the correct location. Location used for the main profile that keeps your personal data (Root Directory on about:profiles).

Location used for the disk cache and other temporary files (Local Directory on about:profiles).
- ~/Library/Caches/Firefox/Profiles/
