TigerDirect asks customers to rate seller or product. The section of the process where one inputs one's opinions is missing functionality when FF is used. Seller suggested I try IE 'cuz everything was working on their end. Tried it (opening web site using IE) and it worked just like the old days. I don't recall which version of FF worked but am certain at one time it worked.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."

Yes the problem remains in safe mode. Please keep talking slowly and softly....I've no idea what I'm doing here. Thanks!
