Getting closer! Now how can I import these bookmarks, as well as the bookmarks toolbar into my current Firefox 8? So far, much obliged!

Copy the most recent bookmarks Backup into a location you will remember (Desktop for example). Then, open Firefox, Click the Firefox Button, then click Bookmarks. In the upper right hand side, click Import and Backup, hover over Restore, then select "from File". Now just find the backup file you copied, import it in, and you should be good to go.

Exit Firefox. To get back both bookmarks and history, you would copy and overwrite the '''places.sqlite''' file into the same folder structure in the new drive ie. into '''C:\Users\???\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\***.default'''. To restore only the bookmarks, delete everything in the '''bookmarkbackups''' folder in the new profile and copy the newest '''bookmarks-xxxx-xx-xx.json''' file from the old '''bookmarkbackups''' folder.
