Freedocast not loading in Firefox 19
Within the last 2 days, a problem developed where I cannot load Freedocast (Audio & Video content) onto Firefox. When i open firefox, the Freedocast tab WILL display the audio & video--but much like other Audio/Video sites, there comes a time to "refresh"--when i "refresh" the content will NOT appear (Black Page/No Audio with message ("An Playback Error has occurred" (yes it's bad grammar on their part, but that's the LEAST of my concerns:). I HA the latest Flash plugins downloaded & installed--they usually "work", but not so now. I have NOTICED one thing that this site (http://www.freedocast.com/91FUN) will work in IE9--EVERY time, so it's NOT a "connectivity" issue. But I would prefer to access this site in Firefox--any ideas?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
cleared the cache --deleted cookies from the site--Safe Mode for Firefox? before I go that route, this also occurs in Safari & Google Chrome browsers as well--coincidence or either the streaming site (Freedocast) or Adobe has problems-also I am able to open up another Flash-oriented site in all of the browsers i mentioned-- so logically that would eliminte Adobe from the equasion--because as i mentioned it works FINE in IE9--which happens to have the "option" to "Enable alternative codecs in media elements"--something I haven't found in Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome., some "pickle", eh? Here's some more info in the form of 2 screenshots 1)--Freedocast error on Firefox 2)--Firefox error console--I don't know what it means but perhaps someone with a knowledge can "pinpoint" the problem.
There is a Flash player used on that website.
You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
It turns out there are a LOT of errors according to Firefox error console--I'll pots a few more screenshots so you can get a "flavor" for what the problem might be..The bottom of Pt.6 has some RED errors as does the start of Pt.7.
I did some resarch on this before taking to the forum, & it was suggested that i do just that --so I did disable ALL the Real Player Plug-ins --even though i could NOT find a Real Player Browser record Plug-In....also keep in mind --i think i mentioned earlier that I am ABLE to open up a DIFFERENT web-site on Firefox ( Safari & Google Chrome) which also use Flash with NO problem--kind of elimintaing the Flash plug-In as a problem. A resolution would be something to what IE9 offers "Enabling alternative codecs in media elements" (thus bypassing Flash)..anything like that in Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome?
