error message about Flash

more options

I run Windows 10 32Bit. I have been having issues with Flash player on Firefox for a long time now. Last I saw was that Firefox will no longer support or run Flash. Yet most of the web still uses it. I only have issues with the Flash when using Firefox. Everything works great when using Edge and IE. Now I am getting the following message. "Error Info: "FlashCode: 2032, HTTPStatus: 0, FileName: sp.json". And "most" of the time it is on Facebook games and video's. And only while using Firefox !!!! While Edge is a lousy browser, It is still better than getting interrupted every few minutes with error messages and crashes. PLEASE FIX !!!!!

Most plugins have been dropped by the current normal Firefox programs. But the Flash Player is still okay for now.

You can disable Flash Protected Mode by setting the dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode preference to true in about:config and restarting Firefox It doesn't work yet on Windows 8

Tried this before and Flash is still set as "protected mode - disabled". The problem exists in protected or unprotected modes.

Did you contact Adobe?

Thank You for responding to my question. Anyway, As yet I have not contacted Adobe. I figured that since the problem is only occurs while using Firefox, the problem lies within Firefox. I don't see where the issue could be with Adobe itself. But, I will try to contact them as a troubleshooting path.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

OK, I restarted in safe Mode and there was a very slight improvement, but not so much that the problem goes away.
