After reinstalling Win10, and reinstalling Firefox, I can no longer get multiple choice buttons (curtains) on several websites to function. For instance, websites where it is possible to upload documents from your own harddrive, and you are supposed to chose the path to the file, but nothing happens when clicking the marker in the correct field. Or webshops where you are supposed to click on a field to chose correct size of a T-shirt, but the curtain doesn't open.

When I log on to the same website using Exploder or Edge, it works as normal, so I'm guessing it has something to do with Firefox settings (options), but can't find any setting to change regarding this problem.

Tried all the suggested solutions, but the problem remains.

As an example of what the problem is exactly, you can go to http://gardskart.skogoglandskap.no/. This is a site run by Norwegian government, should be reasonably safe.

In other browsers, the field "skriv kommune nr. eller navn" is open to enter data, and while entering data, there will come suggestions based on the first letters or numbers you type in, and if you type a few letters and press enter, you will get a list to chose from. This worked well also in Firefox before the reinstallation, but now that field is disabled, and not possible to type in.

I had no problem with the site.

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.

These suggestions are shown via a JSON file that is requested via XHR as the Network Monitor shows.
