Hi, since my start up disk became full and my mac book pro froze with Thunderbird open, Thunderbird will no longer open, all other programmes (incl firefox) work fine, with thunderbird I get this message when I try to open it: We're sorry The application had problem and crashed. Unfortunately the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: The application didn't leave an application data file. I have backed up my Thunderbird bird profile to an external hard drive. However I don't want to start uninstalling and reinstalling the programme when I don't know why it's not opening and maybe will make things worse! Any help gratefully appreciated.
