I am a donator who keeps getting hounded for more donations all the time; even after just donating.

Yet, i have never received ONE BIT of Support or help back! Want any more donations from me? Then get my user accounts straight, or let me do it. As there is no help about it; except wrong info. Site states click here to manage your accounts. So you click on it; then what do you get? Mozilla's Email catagories of Accounts; NOT YOUR email accounts Firefox has on file!!!

If Responding to this without an Actual Mozilla/Firefox Support Human with some future Contact URL or email address; then just reply to my Forum at B..F...egypt.com and forget hounding me anymore for donations beyond Once Per Year.

Hi

If you open the Firefox for Android menu (three dots icon) and select Settings you should see the your account at the top of the list. Select this and you will be taken to a screen to manage your account.

Thanks, but already knew that. I have many accounts with Firefox over the past 15-20 years, and they have never responded to any inquiries i have made, that i can remember; even after i started donating. But Mozilla is just like most all others (except Wikopedia who has some integrity): Donate once and they hound and hound you for more and more. Non profits who Hound me like that; should expect me to run into a hole! Just like the rabbit; i wont come out until the Hound dog leaves i.e., stops hounding me. Get it?

Certain communications made by the Mozilla Foundation team are sent to all subscribed users and may not necessarily exclude individuals who have previously donated. We will pass your feedback along to the appropriate team.

Firefox Accounts or Sync is not designed to be used with multiple email addresses or accounts. Mozilla does not tie accounts created under multiple email addresses to a single person or user. Each account is treated as a unique user.

This is in response to note from Mozilla Team:

The reason for my checking out the button to Manage my accounts, as your statement stating Exactly that. Then all the info is for only One Account! I have had 3 now down to 2 email address accounts. So i wanted to combine them; to hopefully stop receiving double the donation solicitations from Firefox/Mozilla.

Due to all these email programs not showing my email name when i get them i.e., just stupidley show all regular and alias email names as to "me".

Therefore have accidently made donations and set up email preferences on both accounts; but i do not want to delete either of them; as each is for a different purpose.

My whole Gripe is that although i am aware of the inability of Mozilla to handle help requests from all of its users; people who contribute should get a little more than those who never donate. Guess that would depend on where your main Office is; and how your Non-profit organization is set up. It may be an act of descrimination in that sense; creating penalties of some sort. If i was workng for mozilla; i would find a way around that; if that is the case. Because ot would certainly generate more revenue.
