Firefox 86 is borderline unusable on my computer
This has been an issue of mine for the past few days and I can't find a fix. I've tried to troubleshoot it and I've repeatedly reinstalled Firefox several times. The application either:
a. Doesn't open at all after I click the icon b. Freezes, refuses to register inputs and/or crashes c. Works temporarily, eventually turns into part B
My OS is Windows 10 and I want Firefox to be my default browser but it's not running properly at all on my computer. I have sent multiple crash reports because of this. Does anyone know what the problem could be? This has never happened to me before.

same here. I sign into youtube and it won't display ANYTHING. all my drivers up to date, tried restarting, version 86 is epic fail. I don't know what firefox creators think they are doing but this is a downgrade not an update. it's unusable right now and they coincidentally 'aren't accepting feedback right now' Attached image below shows what I get now while trying to use youtube signed in. nothing is usable.
If you have submitted crash reports, please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that start with "bp-".
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the report ID of recent crash reports on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page.
- click the "All Crash Reports" button on this page to open the about:crashes page and see all crash reports.
Alternatively you can open about:crashes via the location/address bar.

What does that mean?
I have sent multiple crash reports because of this
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
While still in Safe Mode,
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
Please, Do not post a screenshot ! !

I am having the same problem as those above me.
I have done all of the above to no avail, including removal and re-installation, again to no avail.
It seems as though Mozilla Firefox 89 (64-bit) for Linux Mint is unstable, it needs rolling back to version 88.
