All the emails are being donwloaded again ??

Is there some way to avoid all the emails from being dowloaded again from the server when I install a new profile ?. I am talking also about a situation that happens when some email folder is repaired ... then, all the emails are dowloaded again duplicated.

We are talking about pop accounts that usually have 6 months of emails saved in the server.

I dont know if there exist som kind of parameter or options to configure this.

Hola Al ser una cuenta POP3 los correos son descargados al cliente de correo (Thunderbird), un perfil nuevo (carpeta de usuario del cliente de correo ) no tiene datos ni correos descargados, al configurar la cuenta como POP3 los correos son descargados en carpeta del perfil del Thunderbird, asi funciona una cuenta POP3. En el caso de migrar perfiles se pueden copiar el contenido de un perfil a otro por lo tanto en este caso ya no seria un perfil nuevo/vacío. Saludos
