I paid $63.85 for starting with Mozilla VPN but it is not helping Accessibility my bank account. please let me know why?

I want to confirm with you to make sure I understand: you bought Mozilla VPN, and now you can't get your bank's online services to work? Is that right?
My first suggestion is to try turning the VPN off and then try using your bank account again. If it works alright after that, it's likely your bank has security features built in to its website to prevent hackers or other people with ill-intent from messing around with their software or pretending to be their clients.
For example, a criminal could use a VPN to disguise their location or make their location look like one of the bank's clients, more effectively impersonating them. I might be wrong here; I don't know enough about computer security myself.
If this is the case, you will have to turn off your VPN when you want to use your bank account online. You can just turn it back on when you're done.
