If English is not your first language try asking in your native language, someone may find that easier to answer.
You should first download the full Firefox 4.0.1 release and uninstall the Firefox 4 b7 version that you now have.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
