After installing windows 8 can't display bookmarks
I like to have the bookmarks displayed on a sidebar, but since installing windows 8 on my new Pc, I can't find the display sidebar bookmarks in the menus on latest Firefox instillation.

See also View > Sidebar (press F10 or tap the Alt key to get a hidden menu bar)
You can find toolbar buttons to open the bookmarks (star) and the history (clock) in the sidebar in the toolbar palette and drag them on a toolbar.
There are two bookmark buttons with a star in the Customize window.
One star button has a drop marker that open a Bookmark menu.
The other star button without the drop marker opens the bookmarks in the sidebar.

Can you not open bookmarks in the sidebar by pressing Crtl-b?
