Hi on 7/10/2017 I Install new hard drive and Thunderbird I lost most of my old emails I only have From june 26 2017 til Now Nothing before June 26 2017 I called COX they looked and told me got to be from Thunderbird

Is your mail account POP? Did you take any actions to transfer your mail from the old hard drive to the new?
