I'm a premium member at Bill O'Reillys and receive no spin news to view. I use to be able to view the no spin news up until approximately 7 weeks ago. I can no longer view the no spin news and I haven't got a clue as to why. I am not tech savvy and I have spent many hours trying to locate the problem unsuccessfully.

After signing into my account to view the video it gives me hlsjs:video file not found. I am able to view the video of the day but not the no spin news. I tried google chrome and Internet explorer and it says the same thing, video file not found. I'm sure there is someone that has the solution to my issue. Help and thank you.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Thank you for swiftly replying to my plea Fred. I truly appreciate your help with my issue. I did follow each of your instructions which I have done before except for the safe mode so I felt confident it would turn out well, but it didn't.

I still have the same issue. Is there another reason why this video file is not found???

What Extensions do you have?

What are your Content Blocking settings?

Do you have the 3 main Plug-Ins?

Is your Adobe Shockwave Flash the latest? (Click the Flash Options button (in Add-ons > Plug-ins) to check. It's now 32.0.0.156.)

Temporarily unCheck both Boxes and see if that helps. (After making any changes, close FF and open again.)

I checked a few free Spin News Clips, and they are working for me.

Still not working. Removed add ons and extensions, closed FF/restarted/same thing. Nothing seems to work favorably, just frustration.

What is the link you use to access the webpage?

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.
