Hi troyce, I believe Firefox 28 was the last version with a built-in option to switch the order of the toolbars. I'll give you some links to submit a suggestion, but if this is an important feature for you, you probably need to learn how to change it yourself using a userChrome.css file. I constantly scan for *.css files or text to allow what I'm asking. They generally work for one release but not for the next. I request Firefox to allow the choice with a built-in option. Considering how many want this change, it seems remarkable that it's ignored.
