It would be helpful to know what page you land on when your browser does not open the expected page. Have you perhaps allowed Google to set a cookie with filtering options? Go to [http://www.google.com/preferences Preferences for Google] and check on your filtering levels. Also check to see that you are not blocking that page by accident in other filtering software like Adblock and NoScript. The page opens fine for me in three different version of Firefox on 3 different platforms, Mac included.
