When I click on video it will not play. when I check upper bar it says Adobe Reader is blocked, asks to either block or continue, I click on continue and click on reset, still does not allow video to play. Has happened on at least 6 different videos that are in my email from Blood Horse.

You can set the default behavior in Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/why-do-i-have-click-activate-plugins

Also make sure you have the latest version of plugins.

Your system shows the Adobe is on and updated. I do all you say, and it still blocking adobe from letting video play.

mozilla still blocking adobe reader from playing videos received in email from Blood Horse. Have done all the checking and still being blocked.

Adobe Reader does not play videos, it's a text program.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drivers
