Google services don't work
Hi,
Since the last update I'm having issues using Google products - on and off, it works some times. My gmail won't always load or it shows a connection error when I refresh the page. Also, when I search something on the search bar it does not respond at all.
Any clue on what can be wrong? Thanks!

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error messages?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

- How to clear the Firefox cache {web link}
Hi,
When I refresh to see new emails (from the gmail page), it says "Not connected" and there is a count down, but it never reconnects. When I refresh the whole page (from the browzer) it does not load. See both examples attached.
At some point, it eventually loads... but we are talking about hours, not just a slow response.
When this is happening, google's main page does not load either, I have no problems with other websites.
Hope this makes sense now.
Thanks!
That is not a normal error message. I don't know where that is from.
Are you using a VPN?
