firefox Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue

Also you can manually add sites in preferences. Privacy & Security Preferences → View Certificates... → Servers → Add Exception

Connect Where??? There little information to know what site or how to replicate the issue for anyone reading to follow what is going on here.
