You advise that I am not protected with current firefox and ask me to upgrade. I download update but nothing happens. No negative messages! Help

1) Download the installer at http://www.getfirefox.com
2) Open File Explorer at the folder it's in
3) Close Firefox (File -> Exit)
4) Check that no firefox.exe processes are running in task manager (ctrl+alt+del)
5) Run the installer

i have the same problem, the update no matter how many times i download it keeps popping back up as if id never downloaded it..annoying...
