Give a try to the Safe Mode and see if that helps. If so, it could be that there's an add on causing the issue: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

Have you tried other browsers? From your description I'm trying to replicate your case on Facebook but I'm not sure if I'm going through the same steps as you are. So make sure that you use a different Browser to test if this is something related to Firefox and not Facebook.

I have this problem too, but this is not the Fire Fox issue, same issue in the IE and Chrome.

I think this is a Facebook problem.

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

What will be happen in Safe Mode that can help me to add picture to facebook?!!

Maybe some other (security) software is blocking this.

Do you have problems with attaching an image to a reply on this forum?

Dear Cor-el No, this is just facebook issue but with some computers not all, may be with Java run time or somethings like it, i can attach picture / any other files anywhere. internet speed is important than firewall or anti virus for me, So Firewall & Anti Virus are disabled always.

I have checked, many facebook users have same issue. As i saw facebook specified a page for it.

If you think that this is a Java issue then update Java to the latest version.
