We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Is it the reader that is crashing, or Firefox?
Have you tried a reinstall? Adobe Reader Version 2015.007.20033
Or if you prefer the regular Adobe Reader instead of that new "Adobe Document Cloud" enabled version, you can use this page to get that instead: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
No it did not solve my problem everytime I try to do something that uses adobe it says that I need Adobe Reader and it is already installed every time I tried on IE and it works so it must be firefox but IE doesn't work good for me at all its too slow and it likes freezes so that is why I switched to Firefox it worked fine on Firefox about 2 weeks ago then it just started so it isn't Adobe it is firefox I might have to switch to Google Chrome if this issue isn't fixed Thank You
