deleted key3.db. how do i get a new one?
Had a master password, forget it. Your web gave instructions of how to reset. This didn't work. Next instruction says if all else fails delete key3.db from my profile which I did. Got in first time no problem told it to save password, acts like it does & then comes back with RETRY NEW PASSWORD CANCEL. Help please

I think you should also remove the file cert8.db. Best is of course to first make a back-up of both files...

Is it possible that the key3.db is ONLY created when you set master password "on"
