All of a sudden, I'm unable to send any mail from my Thuderbird.

The Tbird version is 12.0

It's a POP Mail server type with IMAP Server "imap.securevalue.in" as incoming server and "smtp.securevalue.in" as outgoing server.

I am receiving all the mails without any issues, but unable to sent to any contact, not even to myself.

I also tried by adding another account in the Tbiird and tried to send from that account, but that too doesn't work.

Please help.

The error message is "Sending of message failed. Please verify that your Mail & Newsgroups account settings are correct and try again."

First update Thunderbird to the latest version. Your version is very old: -- Thunderbird Menu: Help: About Thunderbird.

If you still have the problem after updating Thunderbird, then you should contact your e-mail provider to make sure that your Outgoing Server (SMTP) settings are correct. E-mail providers sometimes change settings, like requiring SSL.

If the SMTP settings are correct, then try creating a new "account" in Thunderbird for that e-mail address and test it.
