There's one site I visit that Firefox has supposedly saved the password for, but the saved password is incorrect. Every time I log on to the site, FIrefox asks me if I want to change the saved password. I always say yes, but Firefox keeps saving it wrong (just as a string of numbers).

Hey, type about:preferences#privacy in your URL bar and press enter, then click on Saved Logins, once clicked, on the bottom there is a button that says Show Passwords, you will now be able to see the passwords for all your saved logins. Then click in the box that contains the password for the site you're trying to log in to, and then type the new password in that box. Press close when you are done, and restart Firefox. The problem should now be resolved.

If this solved your problem, please mark as solution.

If the password you see in the Password Manager is correct then you can consider to create a password block exception to prevent Firefox from asking to update the password to see if that works.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
