Switched computers and now I cant see my sub folders. how do I get them back ?
I am using the Thunderbird app for my company's email, and I created sub folders for different company's that I work with and so I can sort my emails so I know where to look when I need something. I just got a new computer and downloaded the app and now all my sub folders are gone, How do I get them back because I need all though emails.

Right-click the account in the folder pane, Subscribe, click Refresh. Can you now subscribe to the missing folders?
I have tried this a few times and it didnt bring up the folders that I created. I this something that I need to do on my old computer to get them to show up on this one?
What were you using before? POP or IMAP? What are you using now? POP or IMAP.
The answer to your question depends on your answer.
Im sorry I dont know what that means
Was the account set up as POP or IMAP on the old computer? If it was POP, the folders wouldn't appear on the new computer, and if the folders were created under Local Folders, they also wouldn't appear, even if the old account was IMAP.
