In reference to this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/944707- Which rogue add-on is it?
I guess this discussion is very old but the little rogue add-on doo doo just appeared in my computer a week or two ago. It’s not only in Firefox but all the browsers I try. Can someone tell me what the little rogue add-on nuisance is so I can dump it?

The Owner of that thread didn't mention which add-on was causing that.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I found the little bugger. It’s called Quick Start: https://www.google.com/search?q=quick+start&oq=quick+start&aqs=chrome..69i57.8606j0j9&sourceid=chrome&espv=210&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8#es_sm=122&espv=210&q=quick+start+linkury And it’s proving to be very hard to uninstall.
